Rodney Evans is a licensed landscape architect with over 25 years of experience in design and construction of public and private site-development projects. His design and planning experience includes a wide-range of project types including park and recreational, educational facilities, mixed use, commercial and retail developments, and community design.
Rodney’s expertise encompasses the major aspects of site development services including project entitlements, site analysis, conceptual planning and programming, master planning, and public presentation. His site design specialties include site planning, hardscape and urban space design, water feature and pond design, landscape and planting design, irrigation and pump station design, and site detailing for the complete construction document package. His project management experience includes specification writing, bidding documents, contract documents, and construction observation and administration.
